Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering all incoming calls-scheduling all patient appointments-creating and updating patient charts-corresponding with doctor’s offices and insurance companies-collecting payments and balancing cash drawer-must be proficient in Microsoft office-prepare and update various reports-having the flexibility to work in fast passed environment-must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 6:45am-6pm, Monday through Friday – must have a compassionate and charismatic personality-bilingual is not mandatory but a plus. The successful candidate will be subject to a criminal background check and drug testing.
